Description of Mullite insulation brick :
Mullite insulation bricks are high-aluminum refractory materials with mullite (3Al2O3·2SiO2) as the main crystal phase. The alumina content is between 65% and 75%. Mullite bricks have high refractoriness, reaching over 1790℃. The load softening temperature is 1600~1700℃. Mullite insulation bricks can be directly used in the lining of high-temperature kilns and have been widely used in the lining of shuttle kilns, roller kilns, glass and petrochemical kilns.
Mullite Refractory Brick Types:
There are two types of mullite bricks: sintered mullite bricks and fused mullite bricks. The models of mullite insulation bricks we can produce include JM23, JM26, JM28, JM30,JM32, K23 and K26 insulating fire bricks.
The dimensions of conventional lightweight mullite insulation bricks are 230 x 114 x 65mm. We can customize the size and shape of mullite bricks according to customer needs
